Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Somnlyx ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Service Description
Somnlyx is an AI-powered dream interpretation and analysis platform operating on a freemium model. We provide dream analysis, visualizations, symbol interpretation, and related features through artificial intelligence technology. Users can start with 3 free dream analyses, after which a Premium subscription is required for continued access.
Subscription Plans & Billing
Free Tier
All new users receive 3 free dream analyses to explore the platform. The free tier includes:
- 3 dream analyses with basic AI interpretations
- Symbol detection and identification
- Access to community features
- Ability to view your previous dreams
Premium Subscription
Premium subscription costs $5 USD per month and provides:
- Unlimited dream analyses
- Full AI interpretations with complete psychological insights
- AI-generated visual representations of dreams
- Voice recording with automatic transcription
- AI reports, weekly briefs, and symbol analysis
- Detailed analytics, reports, and pattern tracking
- PDF export functionality
- Priority customer support
Billing Terms
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing period until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy below.
We use Lemon Squeezy as our payment processor. All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, and we do not store your payment information on our servers.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier, and you will not be able to create new dreams unless you resubscribe. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team at [email protected].
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only available within 7 days of your initial Premium subscription purchase
- Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or recurring charges
- Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused time
- Only one refund per user account is permitted
- Refunds may be denied if there is evidence of abuse or violation of our Terms
Refund Process
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and subscription details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
Upon receiving a refund, your Premium access will be immediately revoked, and your account will revert to the free tier.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your account will be suspended immediately. We strongly encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback to resolve any billing issues.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your password remains confidential
Content Ownership & License
You retain all rights to your dream content. By posting content on Somnlyx, you grant us a license to:
- Use, store, and display your content within the Service
- Process your content through AI services for interpretation
- Display public content to other users
- Generate visualizations based on your dream descriptions
AI-Generated Content
Dream interpretations and visualizations are generated by artificial intelligence. These are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only and should not be considered as professional psychological advice or medical guidance.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
Privacy and Data Protection

Intellectual Property
